| PLEASE AVOID UNIVERSAL PLASTIC SURGERY IN COSTA RICA. This Clinic is is located in San Jose and is run by a Dr. Carlos Centeno, AKA Dr. Carlos A. Centeno Ramirez. Plastic Surgery Costa Rica, Costa Rica Plastic surgery, Breast Body Facial Surgery Costa Rica. Breast Augmentation Costa Rica. Breast Reduction Costa Rica. Face Lift Costa Rica. Liposuction Costa Rica. Rhinoplasty Costa Rica. This Doctor is among the worst plastic surgeons on the planet. Doctors in the USA and other countries including Costa Rica call the surgery he did on me the "Hack Job". He would have been put out of business decades ago in The U.S. , Canada, or Europe. He put in a chin implant that was carved out of a five cent piece of silicone then installed crooked. The implant was far too large for my face. It also got badly infected and had to be removed. It was a nightmare from day one. A complete mess. The Doctors that removed the implant called this the worst work they had ever seen. I have attacked this Doctor on the Internet and nearly put him out of business. He changed the name of his clinic to Universal Plastic Surgery to avoid my online attacks. I will stop at nothing to hurt this Doctors business. This is a warning. Avoid Dr. Carlos Centeno. There will be much more to follow. |

| This is the piece of homemade junk Centeno installed. It is 4 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. Far too large. It became badly infected shortly after surgery and swelled up to about 1/2 the size of my fist. All of the bumps and ridges were visible through the skin. It did not look one bit natural. Just a huge mass of material crammed in too small an area. I paid him over $2500 for this sloppy work. Other plastic surgeons get out their cameras and take a photo of this for their records. They always say the same thing. "I have never seen anything like this before" |

| This is an example of Centenos garbage surgery. These pictures are after years of scar revision therapy. Notice the scarring near the sideburn. It is a hole, not just a scar. And highly visible. As is the scar behind the ear. And norice the four inch scar down the side of my neck. A twelve yea old could have done a better job. Every surgeon who has looked at this mess have said its is some of the worst surgery they have ever seen. Also notice the scarring under the chin where I had the chin implant removed. DO YOU WANT WORK LIKE THIS? THEN GO TO CENTENO. CARLOS CENTENO MIGHT BE THE WORST PLASTIC SURGEON ON THE PLANET! |
