| MORE BAD SURGERY AND THE FACTS ON BOARD CERTIFICATION |
| Recently a healthy 44 year old nurse went to RL Clinic and Dr. Rashi for a nose job. He noticed her butt was a bit flat and suggested doing a fat graft to fill out the area. He performed lipo then re injected the fat only to hit a vein causing an embolus which traveled to her heart or lung killing her instantly. OK, all surgery has risks. But Rashi LIED to the family telling them she died from a bad anesthesia reaction. Dr. Rosenstock knew exactly what happened. All doctors know what an embolus is. I have to question his ethics. Dont you? When a patient dies it is the responsibility of the doctor to tell the truth. This woman had a number of previous surgeries and never had the slightest problems with anesthesia. It took about 5 months for the family to receive the autopsy report. It cost them $5,000 to ship the body home. I have interviewed the womans sister and have extensive emails from her as well. |
| There is a very well known story about a Texas woman named Carla who went to Dr. Rashi Rosenstock for breast implants. Everything that could go wrong did. She had her surgery and on the way home started bleeding on the plane. What happened? Her incisions started breaking open at 37,000 feet! She got a bad infection and spent a month in the hospital including a number of days in intensive care. Her hospital bill according to her was over $100,000. Her implants had to be removed. She is badly disfigured. I have interviewed this woman extensively. She is understandably mad. Believe me. Her doctor in Texas ran the serial numbers on the implants and discovered they were issued to another woman. Were these used implants? If so that is pretty sick. This woman believes they were in another woman. The last I spoke with her the case was pending in the Costa Rica courts. Good luck battling the CR legal system. It takes on average five years for a civil case to get to court |
| Rashi made me Uglier. Thats what a nice lady named Cara wrote from South Carolina who recently visited RL Clinic for some extensive work including a rhinoplasty, breast implants, lower eyelid surgery, and facial fat grafting. She paid Rashi $7,300 US for these procedures which failed and will have to be redone be a US Doctor for for $17,000 plus anesthesia and supplies. Her lower eyelids are as she describes them asymmetrical. And how do you mess up facial fat grafting? That takes work. Her redo is scheduled for December 12th 2006. She will be mortgaging the house to get put back together. The complaints go on and on. Its what I dont hear about thats scary. There is a message board dedicated exclusively to promoting RL Clinic. When an unhappy patient comes on the board their posts are promptly removed. |

| secrets 42 posts 5 May 2009 Thankyou for your comments,i much appreciate your time.i was in Costa Rica for 3 weeks as i thought if anything goes wrong it would be dealt with ! however i consider myself lucky as a friend who traveled with me had the most appalling results.!can you believe she was sent back to the hotel with one ear hanging off,during the evening her bed was covered with blood,she phoned rosenstock and he said he was busy with his family and she must find another doctor.!it took another patient to phone him before he would do a thing.my friend thought she was going to die.! |
| True Face Lift incisions? I had a facelift in Costa Rica 19 months ago. The results were gone within 3 months, and I had no incisions in the temple area! Now, if I pull up from above my ears, I can see the result I was expecting. Should a true facelift have incisions going into the hairline by the temple? This has been the biggest mistake of my life, to travel half-way across the world to a doctor who appeared to be at the top of plastic surgery. I wish I had gone to the USA or stayed in England. I had rhinoplasty done over a year ago and my nose has collapse
resulting from too much cartilage removed. I email Rashi many
times,but No response. I now have to do complicated and expensive
revision surgery( had 3 consultations in the states and was confirmed
that my nose collasping was from poor technique. Rashi did not even
return my calls. Before he took my money, he had no problems talking
to me in detail. Now that I am thousands of miles away and he couldn't
care shit.
RASHI ROSENSTOCK IS COMPLETELY UNETHICAL. I should have been smarter
and avoided him, but "he is American Board Certified" Dont let that
fool you. This guy is a butcher.
I have been doing so research and am uncovering MANY Cases like this
at his clinic. Seems like because business is so good, he can squeeze
in a many patients as possible, without regard for proper follow up if
anything goes wrong.
I was totally rushed when I had the procedure done. When I said I just
wanted a minor change and wasn't expecting a Miracle, he responded by
saying- don't worry, I've never had anyone not happy with my
rhinoplasty work.
TOTAL LIE. This guy WAS a good doctor before brisk business came along
and money become a more important priority.
AGAIN: RASHI ROSENSTOCK RUINED MY NOSE.
